I've decided to take A deep breath, put the past week behind me and move forward!
Yesterday, I didn't do too bad. I had about a 600 calorie deficit. Today was my fresh start and I should have about a 1300 calorie deficit, which is great. I'm going to try my best all week long!
I will get my weekly report posted tomorrow.
We'll always have up and downs, Blanca, no shame in that at all. You are doing SO well, and I KNOW you will reach your goal this year. :) Heads up!
