Weighed In Yesterday....

....and I was down to 207.5 pounds. Another pound and a half! Woohoo! Soon I will be back down to my lowest weight. I have been struggling on my off days to try to keep to around 1500 calories. I've had the nibbles. But I've been doing very well on my fast days. I will weigh in again Friday to see how I am progressing!

If the progression gets slower I know that will motivate me to get my butt in gear! :P

Not So Bad!

So I weighed in this morning and the news was good! I was actually down .2 pounds. As I mentioned before, my weight went up 2.6 pounds right before leaving on vacation and I was up to 209.2 pounds. Well I weighed in at 209 pounds this morning! That is awesome! One tactic I am using to prevent such weight fluctuations is to stay away from diet coke. I allow my self to have it about once a week. I do think that when I drink less diet coke while on vacation, my weight does not fluctuate so much.

The lowest I have been since I started this is 205.3.  I am hopeful I will drop back down fairly quickly and start going down even more! Fingers crossed!

Had an OK day yesterday.

So I ate about 2500 calories yesterday. Not what I wanted. I was hoping to stay between 1500-2000 calories, but the nibbles just got to me. I had some friends over to scrapbook last night and had some left over candy from my trip and snacked on that! :P

I fast today and will try harder this weekend! I may weigh myself tomorrow to kick my butt in gear. If the number is high I will try much harder over the weekend! I need some motivation to get it together! LOL!

If I do weigh in, I will be sure to post the results tomorrow!

Long Time No Post!

Wow, I didn't realize I had not posted in so long on my blog! Sorry for not providing more updates. I weighed in right before vacation and was up 2.6 pounds. Not sure where that came from. But I didn't eat as well as I had wished I did. So not a total surprise as I know my weight goes up and down so easy sometimes.

Had a WONDERFUL vacation with the kids and hubby. We went to Battleship Cove in Falls River, MA & the Southwick Zoo in Mendon, MA and had such a wonderful time. The weather was perfect, too! Ate lots of great food and enjoyed some treats. Went way over my planned calories! But I had a good time in either case!

 
 


I have a major mission now that I am home. I want to try to drop to 199 before my next vacation!! A big goal but I am hoping I can meet the challenge! We fasted yesterday as we came home from vacation on Tuesday. That gives me just over 4 weeks to drop the 5 pounds and the weight I gained from the trip. I decided not to weigh myself when I got home. Why let the scale make me depressed. Right?! So I am just going to work hard and weigh in next week.

So far today is my off day and I am doing very well. Right on target for the calories I want to eat. I will try to post more often with my progress for this new big challenge!

Almost There!

I'm sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I have been working on some huge projects at work. I weighed in again and was down another 2.2 pounds. I now weigh 206.6 and only have 1.3 pounds to go to get back to my lowest weight before our trip. So I'm getting there! I will try to check in again soon!
