Slow Going!

I have gotten to about a half pound of my lowest weight since I started this in January. So right now I am at 206 lbs! I've come to the conclusion that it is just too difficult for me to lose any decent weight in the summertime. Between vacations, fun days with the kids and very busy work days, it's just challenging to lose weight! With that said, my goal is to just maintain my weight through summer and try to lose more in the fall. So I would like to see me at 205.5 or below at the end of August! This seems to be a much more reasonable request of myself.

My goal is to ultimately get down to 160 pounds! I just do so much better in the fall, winter and spring then I do in the summer when it comes to losing weight. And as you can see, even my blog has suffered as I am so busy and don't find nearly as much time to post. But hang in there with me. I don't plan on giving the blog up and hope to post when I can for right now and get back to regular posting in the fall!

So, no I didn't meet my 199 lb goal. But at least I am not gaining weight and keeping it on!

Down Another Half Pound

I was down another half pound this week to 207 lbs. I am going to try to get my butt in gear here or I won't hit my goal!!

I enjoyed a nice day at the beach with the kids. Tomorrow...time to kick butt!
