The Good, The Bad & The Down Right Ugly!

Well let's start with

THE GOOD - Today is the last day of summer break! Morgan starts school tomorrow & Marcus starts next Tuesday. Starting next week, we go back to our normal business hours. So we will close at 5pm instead of 6pm! Yay! These are all great things that will help get me back on track!

THE BAD - I had a rough fast day yesterday and pretty much failed. My motivation has just sucked lately. I think the busy days of summer has just overwhelmed me. I've had a rough month emotionally, but I am doing much better the last few days!

THE UGLY - Well here it is guys, I am up 5 more pounds since my last weigh in to 216 pounds! BUT I know if I can get focused I can get some of that off quickly!

Ok, now it REALLY is time to get FOCUSED if I want to reach my goal. I am going to start tracking what I eat again and start behaving myself again. I CAN DO THIS!! Wish me luck!

Lost My Motivation Right Now, But Hope To Get Back On Track!

I'm sorry I have not posted in awhile. The store has been crazy busy this summer! Which is a good thing, but with craziness comes busy days and challenging days to stay on track!

I've lost my motivation the last few weeks, but I hope to regain it back once school starts on Wednesday! I am spending time each day all week with the kids doing something fun. It's our last hurrah before the fun days of summer are over for the kids! Summer is always challenging for me and I've gained a few pounds but nothing to be too upset about and I have done much better then I have done in the past!

I will weigh in on Tuesday and give you an update of where I am at. I've been having difficulty sticking to my fast days. I've had 2 that were not pretty, but for as long as I've been doing this now, I think I've done pretty well. We all have our bad days. I did much better when I fasted this past Friday. I will fast tomorrow then weigh in to see where I am at. I know I will be up still from my 205.5 lowest weight, but I also know I WILL get it back off!

Just checkin' In!

It's been a very busy summer and we had a great vacation in Pennsylvania in mid July! My weight continues to fluctuate up and down within a 3 to 5 pound range, but I've managed to always come back down when I go up.

My goal as I said before at this point, is to maintain my weight around 205 then try to hit my next goal of 199 starting in September.

Summers have proven to be difficult for me and usually I gained 10 to 20 lbs! But this time I am going to keep the weight off! And so far I am doing well!
