....and I was down to 207.5 pounds. Another pound and a half! Woohoo! Soon I will be back down to my lowest weight. I have been struggling on my off days to try to keep to around 1500 calories. I've had the nibbles. But I've been doing very well on my fast days. I will weigh in again Friday to see how I am progressing!
If the progression gets slower I know that will motivate me to get my butt in gear! :P
