Yesterday went great! I am now down a total of 9.2 pounds!! Woohoo! I went to the movies and had absolutely no popcorn. Those that know me, know I love me some popcorn. That was an accomplishment in itself! I pretty much ate healthy all day.My soda intake went up to 3.5 but between going to the movie and needing something to fill that popcorn void and having to help a guest last night get to the motel, I ended a little higher. I picked up a soda before going home at 10pm for a little extra caffeine as it was getting late. I only drank half of it! So that was a positive!
My carbs were a little higher then I would have liked yesterday. For one, I got a new order of the cheese enchiladas I love and discovered they changed the recipe. They are now 9 grams of carbs intead of 6, but lower in calorie. For someone who only is allowed 20 per day, this was kind of a bummer. I will eat them up then probably not order them again. Most of my carbs were healthy carbs, so I wasn't too concerned.
Today is the first day of my 3 day LEGO Builing Party! So far so good. I made sure to have plenty of healthy snacks on hand for my guests. Broccoli & cucumbers, cheese & crackers, pretzels & dip, Oreos, Gatorade Zero & Diet Coke. We also have strawberries & whipped topping. I will not touch the pretzels, crackers or Oreos. I have pork rinds if I want them as my chip for dip. Potato & Tortilla Chips are my weakness. I have a hard time staying out of those, so I have none of those in the house!!
Pizza & donuts will be what I serve for breakfast & lunch/dinner. I have my cheese enchiladas & homemade spaghetti sauce w/switchbrats for my lunch and dinner so I should be golden! I will definately check in all weekend long to share how I did!
