Was very happy with my weigh in this morning! I am headed back in the right direction. As long as my weight keeps headed down I am not concerned about a plateau.

Meals Yesterday:
Had some delicious meals yesterday! One of my favorite ways to cook eggs is scrambled with peppers, onions & cheese! Added some sausuage for extra protein after my fast yesterday and that was my lunch! Then I enjoyed a steak dinner last night. Only had half the steak that is pictured. I was pretty full after eating about half of it. LOL. All in all, it was a good day.
