My entire retreat was a great success in terms of my eating and exercise! And we all had a great time as usual! Here is how I did overall over the weekend:
Thursday - Burned 3040 Calories, Walked 11473 steps & ate 542 Calories (Fast Day)
Friday - Burned 3003 Calories, Walked 11962 steps & ate 1624 Calories
Saturday - Burned 2905 Calories, Walked 8410 steps (swam 20 minutes) & I ate 1686 Calories
Sunday - Burned 2935 Calories, Walked 10127 steps & I ate 1884 Calories
I forgot to report that when I weighed in on Thursday morning I was 205.5 pounds. So down .9 pounds for the week.
I always gain weight after returning from a trip away, be it 4 days or a whole week! I decided to weigh myself this morning to see how I did and I am down to 205 pounds! So I am down and not up! That is an accomplishment in itself! Woohoo!
I am fasting today and will check in with my weight again on Friday!
I am just so proud of how I did this weekend. I'm doing the dance of joy! Hee Hee!
And you SHOULD be doing the happy dance! :) Success sure smells terrific, doesn't it?
