Well I weighed in yesterday and I am down to 202.6. Down another .4 pounds! I'm getting there! I had a good fast day. Ate about 650 calories but had just under a 2000 calorie deficit which is excellent! I did fairly well yesterday on my "cheat" day. Ate around 2000 calories. More then I was planning but still not bad for my cheat day.
I'm going to try to be really good the rest of this week. I would really like to see at least a one pound loss, but even better a two pound loss! But at the rate I am going, I'm not sure what to expect. So I will be happy if I at least get in the 201's.
