I almost forgot about my week 4 report! I am actually quite proud of the results. Even with my 2 days on my trip, My average per day calorie deficit was just under my goal! That is great news! Even my fat content was not through the roof! I think I did very well.
Week 4 - Weekly Summary Report
If you haven't checked out any of my reports, they are really quite interesting. It gives a nice summary of how I did all week. This report is based on the activity I burn that is recorded on my band and the food I enter online that I eat everyday. So you are seeing EVERYHING I do. I said I wanted to be accountable for my actions, so that I why I share this report with everyone on my blog every week!
