LOSER!

Well I am down once again and pretty excited about it. I am now 187.6, down 1.8 pounds for the week. Woohoo!! I had an average deficit of 1288 calories for the week! Which is excellent! I really would like to see me hit 185 by time I go on my trip with my Mom which is in less then 2 weeks! That is 2.6 pounds I need to lose by then! I think I can do this!
