I got home after a day of running a few errands and still needed to get 5000 steps in last night! Well I did it once again. 5000 was still a bit better then 6500 like the day before! LOL! But I am really hoping I get more steps in today before going home!
I also ate more then I would have liked yesterday. But it was technically my cheat day. I will still under 2000 calories. Hopefully I will still have a decent drop this week!
I promise to continue to be good!
I'm still not feeling well, so if I drop anything this week, that will be an accomplishment! I did drop to 187.4 yesterday. Another .2 pounds. Better then no drop!
