Well I weighed in on Friday and I was back to 198.4. That is what I weighed in at on Thanksgiving morning! So I did not gain from Thanksgiving or Thanksgiving leftovers. Although it would have been nice to see some type of loss as I had a average 1300 calorie deficit per day for the week!
That always leaves me scratching my head and wondering what the heck! But I can't focus on past weeks, all I can do is move forward! I am determined to have a good loss this week! I've been eating very well and getting those steps in. So come Friday, I hope to see a nice drop!
