So yesterday I didn't do too bad. I ate 1956 calories but I burned 3194 calories! I also did 17204 steps! So even though I am eating a bit more then usual, I've made tremendous efforts to burn more calories this week as I am eating a bit more then usual.
I weighed in this morning hoping for some type of loss with all my efforts, but my weight did not change and I am still at 192.9!
Hopefully I will show a drop after I fast today! So far so good! I haven't had a single thing to eat today, except for a small chip to make sure they were not stale so Marcus could have them! I am determined to stay around 500 calories today!!
