Tools Of The Trade


Many of you may ask...so how do you lose weight? Well first of all, you need to find motivation and keep it with you always! Motivation is what is going to push you forward to lose the weight. You need to be passionate about your weight loss. But I find having some great tools helps, too!

Basically you need to eat less calories then you burn to lose weight. The more you burn the more you lose! I use the Bodymedia armband to track my daily calorie burn everyday. And I use there website to track my calories and weight. There is a monthly fee to use the website to track your calories, but it is well worth it!
