I made a nice big restaurant style southwest salad tonight. Here is what I put in it:
Spring mix greens
Homemade Pico De Galo
Yellow Bell Peppers
Grilled Chicken
Cheddar Cheese
Lime Juice
Homemade Guacamole
Sour Cream & Salsa made into a dressing
It was soooooo gooood and less then 500 calories!
