I came, I went, I indulged! Now I am right back on track! I had several goals while I was away. To stay under 2500 calories, check! To walk a ton, check! To drink little to no soda, check! I managed to stay just under 2500 calories both days. I burned 3200 calories day one and 2700 calories day two with well over 2 hours of moderate activity day one and over an hour on day two. I did allow myself one, but only one, soda at the end of my trip. I think I did awesome and met everyone one of my goals!
Today I am right back on track and enjoyed a banana for breakfast. I will try to eat on the lighter side while making very healthy choices. Cause it's time to get back to losing this weight! ;)
