Woke up to 4" of very wet snow this monring. Not super thrilled with that!
But I was glad to see I dropped down to 182.6! So I'm headed in the right direction. I did manage to fast last night and didn't eat until 11am this morning. I am sure that helped me get a jump start on getting back on track. My ketones have been good. I was in low GKI ketosis yesterday but back up to moderate today!
I'm happy with my progress and hope to see the 170's soon!
