I had a good off day yesterday! I had a few days off from work and it allowed me to get some much needed organizing done. My kids also worked on their rooms. I helped my son off and on and we made lots of progress in his room!
Today my focus is just getting back on track with what I was doing before so I can drop some weight my next weigh in. This is the first time since I started my 8 days on/1 day off program that I actually gained weight! It is clear stress plays a strong roll with the weight loss.
I am hopeful and will do my best the next 8 days so I can succeed and be back in the 240's!
