I've had a couple of good days. My calories have snuck up closer to 1600 yesterday as I had a snack before I went upstairs. I'm trying to curb bad habits coming back. I think the stress of the week hasn't helped. I think after regrouping this week, hopefully my next 8 days will go better!
Today I am meeting a friend after work. I have not snacked all day in hopes of making sure my calories don't go over my 1500 per day goal! I have the next 4 days off from work so I can work on things around the house including my son's room. I am hopeful I will stay busy and will do my best to avoid snacking! I would like to end this week on a high note!
