Well yesterday was supposed to be my fast day. But I just couldn't do it. My body wanted food! I think it may have been because of my cold. So I lost SOME self control yesterday and ended up eating 1600 calories for the day. But still managed to have over a 1000 calorie deficit for the day! I had a 5000 calorie deficit over the last 4 days so I think I've done well! Sometimes I think are body just needs fuel and it has it's own way of telling us "Give me a break!"
