Dropped another .4 pounds yesterday morning. I was 186.6. I will be a bit obsessive with the scale until this extra weight drops off! LOL! I am just one pound away from being back to my lowest weight of 185.6. I just need to do my best!
I have been still dealing with being hungry alot. Yesterday I had trouble with this once again. For the last two days that is. I had about a 600 calorie deficit on Friday and only 500 yesterday. So I need to up my game the next couple of days if I want to stay on track.
Today has been a better day eating wise! Just got to keep on it!
