Going by MyFitnessPal recommendations, it appears I burn about 2350 calories a day. With that said, in 6 days I would burn 14,100 calories. Now that is just my normal daily activity. It does not include all the extra time I spent walking while on vacation! I ate 16,581 calories! I was over by 2,481! Not too shabby! That is less then a one pound weight gain! Woohoo!
Now of course the scale tells a different story. I was up to 236.3lbs this morning! But I go through this whenever I'm on vacation! So I'm not worried. I just need to get right back on track today to get that to drop as quickly as possible! I got this!!
