First Day Went Well - Down 3.6 Pounds!

My first day yesterday went fairly well. I had 1829 calories. More than I would normally but for my first day, not bad. I did have 73 carbs as I decided to eat up some lunch leftovers I had. I also drank plenty of water! I am down 3.6 pounds from yesterday which is fantastic! Now if I work a little harder today, hopefully I can keep up the momentum so I can get to the 190's quickly! 


I'm going to start keeping a journal of all areas I think going back to KETO will improve.
