I'm doing well so far, down another 2.4 pounds this morning! My calories were still up there but better than they were the day before. I did manage to stay under 50 grams of carbs yesterday! Hopefully I will be back in the 190's very soon! As of right now, I am exactly 30 pounds over my lowest weight.

Sleep: Slept good other than having to get up and pee several times early this morning. I'm probably losing the water I was retaining from eating out so much.
