I was at 198.2 this morning. So a bit of a stand still, but I am ok with that. I have had a good drop this week. I did end up having a slice of cheese pizza yesterday but steak tacos for dinner which were nice and healthy!
I did notice some leg pain last night when I slept on my side but was able to be on my side this morning with no issue. Hips were not too bad during the day and felt pretty good. I also have some gastrointestinal issues going on this morning. Nothing too bad but I wonder if that pizza yesterday may be the cause. I try to stay away from white flour breads of any kind except sourdough bread but it was later afternoon and I had a busy day yesterday so didn't eat until almost 3pm. The pizza was calling my name! LOL
Today I will focus on keeping those carbs on the lower end of 50-75 grams per day!

Pain: Light to Moderate: Pain during the day was definately better, but had some leg pain sleeping on my side when I first went to bed.
