Day 236 & 237 Better Days & An Amazing Weigh In

I did much better on Thursday & Friday! Stayed on track and within my calorie limit. I also hit 10K steps yesterday! Friday was a really bad day at work and in general. I rear ended someone yesterday morning and then had major employee issues as well. 

My day started off much better this morning! I was down 12.4 pounds from last Saturday! My hard work to stay on track during vacation actually did pay off! I'm just .06 pounds away from my lowest weight of 229.8! Hopefully I'll be back in the 220's before I know it! My plan is working to maintain! Yay!!
Note to self: Next vacation, be patient with the scale!!
