This has been way more of a struggle than it should be. I have been having a hard time sticking with my plan. I am at 204 right now and trying again today to get back on track. I am hurting a lot and just wish that was enough incentive for me to start eating better. It's been a real struggle. I make poor decisions than regret it after. I just need to muster up some will power and get out of my own way so I can start dropping the weight i need to.
I am certainly not giving up by any means. I just need to find the motivation I need to get going. Here's hoping for a better day today.
